Weight systems

The SWS-4 Weighing System is used to measure the weight of raw materials such as vermiculite. The device is based on a digital meter that works with a signal adder and four measuring platforms. The raw material, the weight of which is to be measured, is poured into a 400 l container. After obtaining the desired weight, the bolt is moved away, the weighed portion is dropped and the bolt is locked again. The container rests on profile legs, at the end of which measuring platforms with a maximum load of 250 kg each are attached. The data from the bridges goes to the adder, which, after processing the signals, transmits it to the meter, where the result is displayed. The entire device is mounted on a frame.
